We’ll bring the nightclub, and you bring the moves!
We’re fortunate to have customers who return to us time after time, and we always like to improve upon our previous events whenever possible.
When a recent end-of-year summer ball was taking place for one of our regular clients, we decided to transform a large marquee into something that would feel cosy but also fitting for an end-of-year blast. The marquee in question could seat over 1000 people, so when only 180 were going to be at this last event in the marquee, we wanted a way of allowing the guests to feel like the size of it didn’t swamp them.
We therefore decided to erect our very own boiler room nightclub in the centre of the marquee, enclosing it from the rest of the place. This allowed for an intimate and enclosed dance floor section and helped the surrounding areas inside the marquee be much more relaxed and quieter for those who wanted to sit down and have a drink and chat with friends. With the creation of this nightclub in an otherwise empty space, we turned a looming venue into a booming nightclub with chill-out areas for other games, photo booths and a bar.
In the past, we’ve seen the dance floor only get filled later in the evening, but this set-up proved extremely popular and was full throughout the evening. Guests cycled in and out when they needed quiet time and to rest their feet, but then they were enthusiastic enough to get back in and dance around the DJ in the centre of the room.
The design of this event was crafted entirely in-house. Our dedicated team, inspired by our lighting designer, transformed the marquee into a forest-themed wonderland outside the nightclub area. The carefully selected furniture and decorations created an enchanted forest ambience, ensuring every guest felt transported. With just a few steps, they could leave the forest to enter a vibrant nightclub reminiscent of a bustling city centre on a Friday night.
